PhD Level Instructor

I currently hold a PhD in Music Composition from the University of Derby. I also have a BA (First Class Hons) and an MA (Distinction). Each time I graduated I achieved the highest mark on my course, and receiving the awards for Outstanding Achievement in Media Production.

DBS Checked

I am fully DBS-checked, so you can have complete confidence in me as a teacher. I am also DBS checked with schools as a visiting music teacher for guitar.

School Teaching Experience

I have taught guitar for over 10 years both privately and in independant schools. Over this time, I have taught 100's of students and have learnt to tailor lessons for individual needs. I am always supportive and encouraging, and I will do everything I can to help you progress while still having fun!

Music Technology Lessons

Are you learning BTEC, RSL, or A Level Music Technology? I also provide tuition for recording, mixing and mastering music. Mixing songs is a large part of these courses, and I have extensive exerperience in music production, as well as providing masterclass sessions for students at schools.
